At Elite Uniforms our goal is your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it for merchandise of equal or higher value at in-store price. (Excluding original & return shipping and handling) within 30 days of purchase at our any retail stores with following terms. We do not process refunds at retail locations.
All items for exchange must be in their original condition with all tags attached and packaging included. As well as, all items must be returned within 30 days from their date of purchase. Due to sanitary reasons/rules, items must not have been worn, washed, altered, or decorated in any way (manufacturer’s rules that apply to us as well as you, the customer).Shoes also have the same obligation regarding sanitary standards, shoes must not be worn outdoors or on any surface that may cause damage or leave marks which render them unfit to resale. All items must be with their price tag attached with the UPC/barcodes. There is a 20% restocking fee charged on non-stock merchandise exchanged, this too goes for special orders.
